You choose from mockups before we build. If you do not love any of them, we refund your deposit in full.
- A deposit starts the project. We then design mockups of your home page, or your home page plus one product page, and send them to you.
- If none of them is something you love, we refund the deposit in full and part as friends.
- Once you choose a mockup, the build begins and the balance in your quote is due as agreed. Substantial work starts at that point, so the choice is the commitment.
- The website, its code and its assets become yours when the final payment is made.

There is no price list, because every business needs something different. Tell us about yours and you get a fixed quote in writing within one working day. The number in the quote is the number you pay.
How long does it take?
Most business sites are live within four to six weeks of the quote being agreed. You see the design before we build and the site before it launches, so there are no surprises on the day.
How much of my time will it take?
About two hours in total: a short conversation at the start, a look at the design, and a look at the finished site. We handle everything else.
Do I need to write the content?
No. We write the first draft from that opening conversation and from what you already have, and you correct anything that is not quite you. Photos are better when they are yours; we will tell you what to take.
What if I do not like what you design?
Then you do not pay for it. After the deposit we send mockups of your home page, or your home page plus one product page. If none of them is something you love, we refund the deposit in full. Once you choose one, the build starts and the balance in your quote is due as agreed.
Who owns the website?
You do, once the final payment is made. At that point the site, its code and its assets are yours. Until then they stay with us, which is also what protects you: nothing goes live half-finished.
What does hosting and care include?
Hosting on a global network, the padlock, backups and updates, and the changes you ask for month to month. It is one monthly amount agreed with you when the site is quoted, and one phone number when you need something.
What happens if something breaks?
We fix it. We built it and we host it, so there is no hosting company blaming the designer or the other way round. You call one number and talk to someone who knows your site.
I already have a website. Can you move it?
Yes. Your domain, email, content and search rankings come across with you. The new site is built and tested alongside the old one, then swapped over when you say go. Migration is part of the job, not an extra.
Do you build online shops?
Yes, on Shopify. Checkout, stock, delivery and refunds run on a platform built for it, and the shop itself is designed around how your customers buy.
